✦ STEP 6: ABEL’S BLOOD & CAIN’S EXECUTION ✦
The Voice of the Dust
“Speak light, not sorcery.” — “Return to the Original Witness.”
“And He said, What have you done? The voice of your brother’s bloods [דְּמֵי - D’mei] cries unto Me from the ground. And now are you cursed from the earth, which has opened her mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.” — Bereshit (Genesis) 4:10–11
1. The Living Creation: Earth as a Sentient Witness
In modern materialism, the earth is treated as an unconscious clump of dirt. In Hebrew jurisprudence and ancient scrolls (1 Enoch 100, Jubilees 4, and The First Book of Adam and Chauah (Eve)), the Earth is a living legal entity bound by covenant law:

The “Bloods” of Abel (D’mei Achikha):
- In Genesis 4:10, Scripture deliberately uses the plural word D’mei (דְּמֵי) — “Bloods”.
- Why plural? Because it was not merely Abel’s single life calling for justice; it was all the righteous generations, children, and seed that were inside Abel’s loins that were wiped out before they could be born. Every unborn generation cried out simultaneously before the Supreme Judge!
2. Cain’s Failed Cover-Up: The Earth Vomits the Corpse
Ancient manuscripts (The Book of Adam and Chauah (Eve) / Cave of Treasures) record the physical panic of Qayin (Cain) immediately following the slaughter:
- The First Burial: Cain dug a ditch in the earth, placed Abel’s body in the hole, and covered it with dirt to hide his crime from Adam, Chauah (Eve), and Heaven.
- The Ground Shakes: The instant the dirt covered the corpse, the earth convulsed with a violent tremor and spat Abel’s body back up onto the surface of the soil!
- The Second Burial: Cain dug a deeper pit, cast the body in, and heaped heavy stones upon it. Again, the earth groaned, shook, and vomited the corpse back out into the open daylight.
- The Thundering Voice: A heavenly decree echoed from the ground:
“The earth will not receive the body of your brother until the dust from which he was taken has returned to Me!”
- Cain fled in horror, leaving Abel’s bloodied corpse lying upon the rock where Adam and Chauah (Eve) discovered it, guarded by Abel’s sheepdog who protected the body from birds of prey.
3. The Sentence: Sterility of the Earth
Because the ground was forced to drink innocent human blood, Yahuah placed a binding legal decree upon the soil:
- The Ground Refused Cain:
“When you till the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto you her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shall you be in the earth.” — Genesis 4:12
- No matter how much Cain cultivated, watered, or plowed, the earth brought forth thorns, thistles, and withered weeds.
- The Origin of the City: Because Cain could no longer farm the soil, he was forced into nomadic wandering. He turned to quarrying stones, brick-making, mining, and building walled cities (the City of Enoch / Chanok) to survive, becoming the father of urban, godless civil systems.
4. The Heavenly Execution of Cain: An Eye for an Eye
Churchgoers assume Cain simply lived to an old age and died peacefully. Ancient legal records in Jubilees 4:31–32 and Jasher reveal that Cain was executed by direct divine retribution:
Yobelim (Jubilees) 4:31–32:
“And at the close of the nineteenth jubilee, in the seventh week, in the sixth year thereof, Cain was killed after him; and his house fell upon him and he died in the midst of his house, and he was killed by its stones; for with a stone he had killed Abel, and by a stone was he killed in righteous judgment.
For this reason it was ordained on the heavenly tablets: With the instrument with which a man kills his neighbour with the same shall he be killed; after the manner that he wounded him, in like manner shall they deal with him.”
The Legal Settlement:
- Cain killed Abel with a stone.
- Cain’s house collapsed, crushing him with stones.
- Heaven’s courtroom balanced the ledger: Blood for blood, stone for stone. The legal execution of Cain was finalized by divine decree.
5. Courtroom Cross-Examination (Oral Defense Q&A)
Use these questions and answers to teach your family or defend the truth when questioned:
Question 1: “Why did the earth spit out Abel’s body twice when Cain tried to bury him?”
- The Defense:
- In the ancient Hebrew witness of the Cave of Treasures and Jasher, the earth refused to receive Abel’s body because it was the first human death and no divine command had been given to swallow human flesh.
- Abel was righteous, and his shed blood cried out directly into the ears of the Sovereign Judge from the soil (Genesis 4:10).
- Cain was forced to leave Abel’s body until Adam and Chauah (Eve) wept over him, after which the angels showed them how to bury him in the Cave of Treasures.
Question 2: “What was the ‘Mark of Cain’?”
- The Defense:
- The Hebrew word is Ot (אות), which means a sign, token, or judicial decree—the same word used for the Sabbath (Exodus 31:13).
- It was not a skin color change (a racist false teaching invented by 19th-century church denominations).
- It was a judicial protective stay of execution placed on Cain by Yahuah, reserving Cain for divine poetic justice rather than private human blood vengeance.
Question 3: “How was Cain executed, and what legal principle was fulfilled?”
- The Defense:
- In Jubilees 4:31, in the 930th year from Creation (the exact year Adam died), Cain was crushed to death when the stone walls of his house collapsed on him.
- This fulfilled the divine courtroom law of Lex Talionis (Eye for an Eye): “For with stones he had killed Abel, and by stones was he killed in righteous judgment.”
