  • Atmospheric Pressure & Longevity: Under the protective firmament and water canopy (Bereshit 1:6–8), the earth was a pressurized hyperbaric chamber. Plant life did not decay rapidly; oxygen levels reached over 30%, fueling immense vitality and longevity (Adam lived 930 years; Methuselah 969 years).
  • Massive Flora, Fauna & Fruits: Ancient trees and vegetation grew to colossal dimensions. In ancient records and the preserved geography of ancient cedar forests, vegetation was towering. 2. How Long Did Adam and Chauah (Eve) Live in the Garden?

According to Jubilees 3:15–17, Adam and Chauah (Eve) lived in pristine obedience and paradise inside the Garden of Eden for 7 full prophetic years (one week of years):

“And during the first week of the first jubilee [years 1–7 from Creation], Adam and his wife were in the Garden of Eden for seven years tilling and keeping it. And we gave him work and we instructed him to do every thing that is suitable for tillage. And he tilled the garden, and was naked and knew it not, and was not ashamed. And he protected the garden from the birds and beasts and cattle, and gathered its fruits and ate… And after the completion of the seven years, which he had completed there, seven years exactly… in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, the serpent came and approached the woman…” — Jubilees 3:15–17

For seven full years, the universe operated in perfect celestial rhythm. There was no death, no carnivory, no disease, and no rebellion on earth.

3. What Was the Contractual Agreement Between Yahuah and Adam?

Yahuah did not place Adam in Eden as a reckless tenant. He entered into a binding Covenant of Dominion & Stewardship (A Sacred Trust):

The Terms of the Divine Contract:

  1. The Grant of Absolute Dominion:
    • Bereshit (Genesis) 1:26–28: “Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.”
    • Adam held the legal title deed as sovereign steward of the terrestrial realm under the Almighty.
  2. The Duty: To Guard and Keep (Shamar & Abad):
    • Bereshit 2:15: “And Yahuah Elohim took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it (abad - serve) and to keep it (shamar - guard, protect, watch as a sentinel).”

The prevailing worldly myth claims: “Chauah (Eve) ate a magical Gala apple, and God threw a temper tantrum.” This trivializes the supreme cosmic treason of the cosmos!

The Dual-Dimensional Reality:

  1. The Physical Act was Real: There was an actual, literal tree bearing physical fruit planted in the midst of the garden. Eating it was a physical act of ingestion that defied the explicit boundary of Yahuah’s mouth. By ingesting what Yahuah forbade, they introduced entropy, hormonal shifts, and cellular decay into their physical bodies.
  2. The Spiritual Reality Was Cosmic Rebellion:
    • The Hebrew word for serpent is Nachash (נחש), meaning a shining, whispering enchanter—a fallen seraph.
    • In 1 Enoch 69:6, the fallen Watcher named Gadreel is specifically named as the architect: “The third was named Gadreel; he it is who showed the children of men all the blows of death, and he led astray Chauah (Eve)…”
    • The tree was not a botanical curiosity; it represented the autonomous acquisition of knowledge severed from the Creator—deciding good and evil for oneself, elevating the creature above the Creator.
    • Chauah (Eve) was deceived into believing that Yahuah was a selfish tyrant holding back enlightenment and divinity (“You shall be as gods!”).

5. How Was the Title Deed Legally Handed Over to Satan?

How did Satan become the “prince of this world” (Yohanan 12:31) and the “god of this world” (2 Corinthians 4:4)? Satan could not take the earth by military force; he had no legal jurisdiction. He had to swindle the deed from the rightful owner!

  • The Law of the Master (Romans 6:16):

  • When Satan spoke:
    1. Satan offered a counter-contract: “Eat, and you shall be as Elohim.”
    2. Chauah (Eve) accepted the contract: She believed the serpent’s witness over Yahuah’s witness.
    3. Adam ratified the contract: Adam was not deceived (1 Timotheos 2:14). Adam stood beside her (Bereshit 3:6 - Immah, with her). In full premeditation, Adam abdicated his throne, choosing allegiance to his wife and the serpent over his Father and Creator.
  • The Moment of Foreclosure:
    • The instant Adam obeyed the voice of the adversary, Adam became the servant of Satan.
    • By universal property law: Whatever a slave owns belongs to his master!
    • Because Adam owned the title deed to the terrestrial realm, when Adam enslaved himself to Satan, the entire estate of the earth was legally signed over to Satan’s jurisdiction.

Satan’s Proof of Ownership in the Wilderness:

Centuries later, Satan took Yahusha up to a high mountain and showed Him all the kingdoms of the earth in a moment of time:

“And the devil said unto Him: All this power will I give You, and the glory of them: FOR THAT IS DELIVERED UNTO ME; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If You therefore will worship me, all shall be Yours.” — Luqas (Luke) 4:6–7

  • Notice that Yahusha did NOT call Satan a liar! Yahusha did not say, “You don’t own these kingdoms!” Yahusha knew that Adam had legally delivered them to Satan. The title deed was legitimately in Satan’s hands until the Kinsman Redeemer purchased it back!

6. What Happened Immediately After? (The Stripping of Glory)

The moment the treason was ratified, the cosmos shuddered:

  1. The Sudden Extinguishment of Light:
    • Their luminous garments vanished. They saw they were clothed only in biological dust. The shame was not sexual; it was the nakedness of having lost the Spirit and Glory of Elohim!
  2. The Fig Leaf Precursor to Religion:
    • Adam and Chauah (Eve) sewed fig leaves together. This was the first human attempt at synthetic self-righteousness—trying to cover spiritual treason with dead vegetation.
  3. The Cowardice and Blame:
    • When Yahuah walked in the garden, Adam hid among the trees.
    • When questioned, Adam committed blasphemous blame-shifting: “The woman WHOM YOU GAVE TO BE WITH ME, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat!” Adam blamed Chauah (Eve), and blamed Yahuah for creating her!
  4. The Cursing of the Ground & Eviction:
    • The earth was subjected to futility (Romans 8:20). Thorns and thistles sprang forth.
    • Adam and Chauah (Eve) were cast out to the east of Eden into the Cave of Treasures, barred by cherubim with a flaming sword (Bereshit 3:24).

7. Why Was the Debt So Great? (The Infinite Deficit)

Why couldn’t Yahuah simply say, “I forgive you, let’s pretend it never happened”?

Because Yahuah is the Righteous Judge of the Universe. If an earthly judge lets a mass murderer walk free with no justice, that judge is corrupt. Yahuah’s throne is established on Righteousness and Justice (Tzedek u’Mishpat) (Tehillim / Psalms 89:14).

The Three Components of the Great Debt:

  1. The Incalculable Property Value: Adam didn’t lose a car or a house; he lost the entire sovereign estate of the Earth and handed management of humanity to a murderous arch-enemy.
  2. Generational Slavery: Every child born of Adam was born in a prison camp, born a slave to Satan’s system, inheriting corruptible DNA and biological death.
  3. The Penalty of Moth Tamut: The contract clearly stated that treason yields death. The price of redemption was not gold or silver; it was sinless, eternal royal blood (1 Kepha / 1 Kefa (Peter) 1:18–19).

8. Where Did the Debt Occur, and Why Must It Be Repaid Where It Occurred?

This is the central mystery of the Gospel that institutional religion has completely concealed: The Law of Jurisdictional Retribution & Restitution.

In divine law, a crime must be tried, judged, and paid in the exact jurisdiction and location where the crime took place!

The Geography of the Center of the Earth:

  1. Eden Was at the Center:
    • Jubilees 8:19: Mount Zion and Eden are located at the center of the navel of the earth.
    • The altar of Adam, the altar of Noah, the offering of Isaac on Mount Moriah, and the impalement of Yahusha occurred on the exact same geographic ridge of rock!
  2. The Burial of Adam’s Skull at Golgotha:
    • As detailed in ancient records (Cave of Treasures, Conflict of Adam and Chauah (Eve) with Satan, and ancient Hebrew witnesses), Noah instructed his son Shem and Melchizedek to take the embalmed body/bones of Adam from the Ark and carry them to the middle of the earth.
    • They buried Adam’s skull at the place called Golgotha (The Place of the Skull).
    • Melchizedek remained there as the perpetual Priest of the Most High Elohim, guarding the tomb of the first man until the Redeemer should come.
  3. The Collision of Blood and Skull:
    • When Yahusha Ha’Mashiach was hung on the tree at Golgotha, He was positioned directly above the subterranean burial cavity of Adam’s skull!
    • At the ninth hour, when Yahusha cried out, “It is finished! (Tetelestai — Paid in Full!)”, a violent earthquake split the rock asunder (Mattithyahu 27:51).
    • His royal, sinless blood flowed down through the fissure of the rock and physically baptized the skull of Adam!
    • The legal debt was cancelled on the exact ground, in the exact soil, on the exact wood, and over the exact bones of the man who contracted the debt!

9. The 5,500-Year Promise to Adam

When Adam sat weeping outside Eden in the Cave of Treasures, Yahuah gave him an explicit legal timeline:

“And Elohim said unto Adam: I have made a covenant with you, that after five days and a half [5,500 years, where a day is as a thousand years per Psalm 90:4 and 2 Kefa (Peter) 3:8], I will send My Son to save you and your seed, and bring you back into your inheritance.” — The Conflict of Adam and Chauah (Eve) with Satan 1:3

Yahusha arrived at the exact conclusion of the 5,500th year from Creation (the midst of the prophetic sixth millennium), walked onto the battlefield, paid the debt of blood, descended into Sheol, tore the keys of death and Hades from Satan’s grip (Revelation 1:18), and legally took back the Title Deed of the Earth!
