Shaul (Paul) - The Emissary to the Nations and Torah Scholar

Forensic Identification

Paleo-Hebraic Identity: Shaul (שָׁאוּל - meaning “Asked for / Desired”), of the tribe of Binyamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews, trained at the feet of Gamli’ĕl (Ma’aseh / Acts 22:3, Pilipiyim / Phil 3:5).

1. The Weaponization of His Letters by Lawless Men

As warned by Kefa in 2 Kefa 3:15–16, Shaul’s epistles contain things “hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.” Modern antinomian religion has weaponized his letters to claim the Torah of Yahuah was abolished.

2. His Forensic Defense of the Law

In his own testimony before governors and kings, Shaul explicitly declared:

  • “Do we then make void the law through faith? By no means! Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law!” (Romiyim / Romans 3:31)
  • “Therefore the law is set-apart, and the commandment set-apart and just and good.” (Romiyim 7:12)
  • “I worship the Aluah of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the Law and in the Prophets.” (Ma’aseh / Acts 24:14)
